Re: show tech output. If u have the acessiability to the device from the other location u can access it via telnet using hyperterminal where u have an option to telnet onto the boxes. Once you are in then u can select the option to get the log (Capture text) to an external file.

The complete output is now in your file. Also in case of running “Show tech-support” on your device do take a backup-copy of the running-config first and then save the config before executing “Show tech-support”.Enjoy 🙂
