Nov 19, 2019 · Symptom: Unable to schedule SIP calls on Polycom HDX based systems. This behavior happen because Polycom HDX added on TMS as H323 only device, TMS currently consider Polycom as only H323 device capable. Conditions: TMS used to schedule call or if TMS phonebook pushed to Polycom wouldn't SIP entries or will not work properly.
