Hi all! I'm a librarian at a public library, and am also on the staff day committee. We just began meeting to try and plan this years staff development day, and have made lots of progress. We usually have an icebreaker to begin the day, a keynote speaker in the AM, break for lunch, and then have an afternoon of breakout classes.
