Clinical Audit Support Centre are delighted to announce that we have revised all of our root cause analysis training materials in line with the new NHS Patient Safety Strategy. In addition, our root cause analysis training is now accredited. All learners can gain a Level 3 qualification if they complete a short post-course assignment.

The Clinical Audit 2020 conference took place on 15th November 2007 at the National Space Centre in Leicester and proved a great success. Louise Hazelwood chaired the event which included presentations on the future of clinical audit from the Department of Health, Clinical Governance Support Team and National Audit and Governance Group.
