Aug 03, 2011 · The wall supports every 32" is adequate, and may be overkill itself, but better safe than sorry. Make sure you put your wall supports for the shelf itself at 16" intervals on a stud. I am assuming you are using wire rack shelving. If using wood, then delete the last sentence
