Although there's still one problem with MW3 PC controller usage: if you'd like to play the game with a controller you will need a third party software to enable MW3 controller support. That is not a problem at all if you use reWASD! You can create a Modern Warfare 3 PC controller support setting from scratch all by yourself if you wish.

Download Pinnacle Game Profiler by clicking here; Install it, make sure that you setup your controller right and also make sure it associates the file extension, you will need it

Pretty sure MW2 doesn't have controller support on PC. If that's the case, forget about it.. (unless someone wants to recommend a crappy solution like xinput) ... So the allround policy around every COD game from MW2 and up -> don't mod/modify anything. Better safe than sorry. But do you really wanna send the rest of your life wondering? lol ...

What’s going on here?! Even old games offer native support for the 360 controller on the PC, Black ops did and now MW3 does not? I feel like the developers took a HUGE step back here. So it’s either the developers on IW and the modern warfare series are incompetent or just lazy that they were unable to place a proper support for controllers!
