The verify options may be selected but USBDM already verifies programming so this is unnecessary. Also, it is possible for the Codewarrior verify to fail as USBDM may modify the data programmed to the target memory to support trimming of the target clock or disabling target security to allow debugging.

Exactly right. But currently I am facing a problem that a compiler (Codewarrior) support MPC56xx family but it does not support MPC57xx Family. As both families are based on powerpc and have same instruction set. But then how codewarrior could not support next family? What could be the reasons? – waq Sep 10 '16 at 14:02
