I am fully convinced Dell is a sadistic company that purposefully pays there so called support to torture you. I have had two repairs done by them and both times they sent back the computer malfunctioning. Each time required me to spend over 2 hours on the phone. I have never consider taking a sledge hammer to a 1600$+ dollar computer in my life.
