Uninstalled and re- installed MicroStation. Re-integrated MS with PW. Turned up ODMA and PWC logging. Found the following message in the PWC log. 804 INFO [0x00001120] pwise.netapi.discovery - UDP discovery for DsListing is enabled. UDP was enabled on the system. Turned UDP off and that solved the issue.
