Apr 01, 2018 · I now understand that Christopher does not qualify for free prescriptions as he is on contribution based ESA, what I can't understand is, that being in the ESA Support Group (an acknowledgement of his disability and vulnerability), never having worked, and his only income being his ESA and PIP, why he does not, but people on income related ESA do.
