Oct 29, 2015 · Hi all, I have a Creative Zen Vision:M 30gb but had not used it in over a year. I recently upgraded both my computers to Windows 7 and then discovered that apparently there were no drivers for my player, plus my player cannot be detected by my computers.

The Creative Zen Vision only supports the WMV file format at a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. If you are attempting to play movie files of a different file format or larger file size than the specifications listed above this is likely the issue.
