If you are upgrading from Crystal Enterprise V. 9 to Crystal Enterprise V. 10, you must manually update the license key. The new key is located on the installation CD in the readme file. If this is a new installation of Crystal Enterprise V. 10, the Crystal Enterprise installation wizard does this for you.

Oct 19, 2016 · Crystal no longer comes with Crystal Reports Server/Crystal Enterprise 9 as part of the package. You would need to purchase Crystal Reports Server 2016 AND Crystal Reports 2016 to get your current functionality. If you're didn't by any additional licenses for Crystal Enterprise 9, you would just need a 5 CAL license.
