I had a pentium dual core with a intel chipset familly integrated gpu and i had trouble running cs source and half life 2, had to set all to minimum... not only it is an integrated gpu, but an old one... As for cs go well not a chance... if you could get a used dedicated graphic card for cheap it would greatly help.
