Anyway, Here i give some steps to resolve this issues , The video card driver says that it does not support the minimum requirements for Photoshop. Check your video card capabilities against the requirements for Photoshop OpenGL use ( GPU and OpenGL support Photoshop CS4, CS5 ).

Jul 29, 2010 · No, OpenGL support in CS4(for ATi or nVidia). There are workarounds to get at least the GT26x or higher parts running Mercury under CS5, not sure about the G9x core parts.
