May 28, 2018 · We really need an easy way to develop with Cuda for native Windows. And Visual Studio is cumbersome, gigantic in disk use, takes hours to set up and requires endless updates, and is more difficult to use in batch operation (i.e. CI usage). MSYS2 and MinGW solves all this. Just that its lacking Cuda support is a problem.

I'm a bit confused, are you using MinGW or Visual? The title seems to state that you are using MinGW but the project file seems to use a mix of both.

Well, might bea very many things wrong. The methods to enable cuda in MinGW are hacky at best, since Nvidia doesn't support it directly. When I have time I'll look into it. If FFmpeg compilation isn't broken with --enable-cuda-sdk, it means the option is being removed by the suite.
