Jul 28, 2010 · What is the Sharp PC software Customer Support Tool. I have an XE-A21S cash register purchased from the prior owner. The manual says you can manage data downloaded to a sd card using the above mentioned tool.

Re: Problem with XE-A203 connecting with USB by NZtech on Thu Mar 04, 2010 9:45 pm Try leaving the key in REG mode, then plug the register into the PC, then check that you can see the register if you click the 'eject hardware' icon (green arrow in system tray area).
