Jun 14, 2009 · I also have been looking for a solution on how to have Damn Small Linux use WPA2. I can say that DSL has wpa_supplicant. All I need to do is know how to use it to connect to my network using WPA2. I have a wireless card that uses the atheros chipset so the driver I would be using in DSL is the madwifi (not entirely sure).

I'm using wpa-psk authentication with AES data encryption for my home windows wireless network security. This works fine between 2 XP laptops. I'm not able to connect to it with damn small linux. DSL does not seem to offer AES instead of TKIP for one thing. I only see the offer of WPA and WPA2 authentication, not wpa-psk.
