    Feb 26, 2008 · I am facing a problem with my oracle database. None of the DBMS jobs are running at the scheduled time. I am able to execute it manually though. Also if I restart the database all the scheduled jobs run but they do not execute at the next scheduled time. The user_jobs/dba_jobs do not get updated for nextdate values and values remain in the past.
