Sep 28, 2013 · Hi all. I just bought a cheap gamepad/controller. Intex gamepad. And I can't configuring it for Dead Island. I tryed x360ce emulator and Pinneacle Game Proffiler but nothing, It runs badly. Someone know what to do? I really don't want to buy a Xbox 360 controller just for 2-3 games that I want to play with it.. maybe I will buy a Steam Gamepad when it will come in 2014 :)

If you have a generic usb gamepad you could try using the Xbox 360 Controller Emulator. Just google x360ce. All you need to do is put it in your Dead Island directory, run the program and map the keys as you see fit. Very easy to set up.
