The other reviews are right, Dell has absolutely NO concept of customer service. I ordered a TV that arrived broken. I took 4 calls to finally connect with someone, who told me to wait for an email. Never got the email. Called again, and they had no notes associated to my case number.

Dell's "Customer Service" is absolutely appalling so you really should avoid them completely. A product which has a high potential to develop a fault should have an excellent customer service team behind it. Shamefully Dell has decided this isn't important and has outsourced it's support team and now provide extremely poor levels of support.
