For that reason, it is covered under Dell's Warranty and the best fix is a new drive. I sure wouldn't trust a drive after fixing it with manufactuers utilities. It should not need any bad sector fixing as it is a new drive and once a drive has bad sectors, more trouble will follow, soon. Just replace the drive.
