Aug 12, 2009 · The problem you have,is that server2003 have no built in driver for SAS drive. So you must have this driver on a separate CD or floppy. At the begining of the server2003 installation you have to press key F6 when you are invited to do, to be able to load external drivers.

No need for uppercase as it's considered shouting, rude and ignorant! Have you tried the BIOS, funnily enough, I was in a training workshop on networks and there was a few Dell machines which would not start Windows 2003 Server from the CD.
