Dell support website doesn't work, terrible in IE and slow in Chrome and Firefox I'm sorry but your new support website just doesn't work at all! I've been in IT for many years and visit the Dell support site weekly to download drivers or view manuals for servers / PCs.

Nov 07, 2013 · The download from ftp.dell.com are in Germany painfully slow. Like 100kb/s to 200kb/s. On some days it is even worse than that. other US based websites like Trendmicro, Netapp or Cisco are excellent or they use some sort of content delivery network like Microsoft.
