So when I have a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2 in 1, and when I bought it I had generic Windows drivers which didn't provide any options for touchpad sensitivity, so I then downloaded the generic Synaptics touchpad drivers for Windows 10, and my computer says they are working, however I wasn't given any more options regarding touchpad sensitivity.

You can change the touch sensitivity by clicking on start, control panel, mouse, wait for dell touchpad image to appear, click on the touchpad image, and you should be able to adjust it. If the Dell touchpad image does not appear, then you may have to uninstall and reinstall the touchpad drivers.

I also have the same issue. I recently purchased a Dell XPS 15 9570 and the touchpad is too sensitive. I cannot type anything on this laptop! It can be in any application. Even simply typing this post, the cursor is going everywhere. I am considering returning it and getting a different brand.
