Nov 07, 2013 · The download from ftp.dell.com are in Germany painfully slow. Like 100kb/s to 200kb/s. On some days it is even worse than that. other US based websites like Trendmicro, Netapp or Cisco are excellent or they use some sort of content delivery network like Microsoft.

Did you notice the slow internet connection on all the browsers? Update the BIOS from the link- https://dell.to/2Bdr6MP and the wireless driver from the Dell support website. Did you make any hardware or software changes to the system recently?
