Good day all, How can i accomplish a dual monitor setup with the XPS15. I also have a Dell Adapter DA200. Can i use the on board HDMI and the external HDMI on the DA200 to achieve this? Getting a docking station is a last resort because of the my budget. Thanks in advance.

Aug 03, 2017 · I am looking to get an external monitor for my XPS 15 (9560). Something in the 27"-32" would be good, and with 4k resolution as the scaling works pretty well these days. The problem is that the laptop doesn't have a graphics port that supports this resolution. It only has HDMI 1.4 which doesn't support 4k (OK it does but only at 30Hz).

Oct 12, 2017 · Do you actually need this dock to daisy chain the monitors? I'm running an XPS 9560 and have just bought two U2414H monitors to use with the laptop. I bought these because of the ability to daisy chain them whilst using the single HDMI port from the XPS. This issue is I simply cannot get the second monitor to work.
