I have been attempting to contact directsong customer support and received nothing. However I am in contact with somebody who has been able to offer me assistance so far, but still it does not look like I will receive it any time soon. Their customer support is a shambles, they are incredibly lazy and will lie to you.

Ordered 5 elder scrolls 5 cd's and 3 prey 2 cd's. Charged my card fine. Never shipped the product. Have 2 seperate unresolved tickets with an unresponsive direct song support site from 2 months ago. The 4-6 weeks is so that if you do not get it by then, it's too late to file a paypal dispute. Be warned.

Nov 10, 2019 · Class Action Lawsuit for DirectSong ... This, to me, is bait and switch and I have 3 emails into their customer support over an extended period of time and have had zero response. I love Roland kit. I have a ton of it and have had many tons of it over the years but this Cloud concept and the people that run it are souring my taste to Roland.

However, the DirectSong website has almost died. They have become mostly a service that sells classic music online, with a Support section that is almost empty, and customer support that leaves questions without answers for more than one year.

I fired off a ticket in their help section (I can't even find a direct customer support email address) last night but no joy yet (but it is a holiday /cry). Another thing I've found is with the Guild Wars CE music expanion pack (the freebie anyway) is you can't burn them (or any of the GW music expanions by their help section) to an audio CD.

Just take a gander at the customer support message provided to the left where DirectSong takes ten months to respond to a customer complaint about links and, wouldn’t you know it, the person delivering the flippant response is GLORIA! I have no idea if this is the same Gloria from earlier but we are all entitled to our dreams.
