Direcway Support cannot do a thing for you on the telephone, if your antenna is improperly installed. Your antenna was improperly installed from day one. If it would have been properly installed your signal strenght would up around 80% in your part of the country.

I have found direcway service and support totally unsatisfactory. Anyone else having problems. Hours on hold. Layers of tech support and holds till you may find someone who is helpful but usually not.
