Apr 08, 2013 · I've noticed that Xbox does not show anymore in Windows Media Player. In between I've changed router, enabled Jumbo frames for desktop and WHS11 and changed region of Xbox from UK to Latvia. Do not think any of those are related as Windows 7 client can easily see the Xbox 360 and can use PlayTo feature.

I enable streaming through Windows Media Player, and point WMP to the folders where my music and videos are kept, so it will add any files to the library that are put in those folders or their subfolders. Then my Xbox 360's System Video Player app can see it, and the Xbox One's Media Player app can see them as well.
