    Nov 14, 2011 · This has only happened on a couple of users PC's (after upgrading from IE6) and it happens when all plugins are disabled or enabled and on every site visited (even when just opening the browser). I have tried resetting the browser (internet options > advanced) but no joy and I have written a bat file that re-registers plugins etc but still no joy.
