Oct 19, 2017 · The Outlook app needs to be able to handle exchange activesync to be able to replace my Samsung "Mail" app. I don't understand why this is so difficult to do. Can someone with an Android provide a step by step process if this does actually work? BTW, I use a Galaxy Note 8, but have had this same problem on other Samsung phones.
