Aug 27, 2018 · Hello I want to buy ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING or Z270G GAMING. I found drivers for Window 7 x64 on Asus site. But in some descriiptions write taht z370 support only Windows 10. And z270 supprot only Windows 8 and 10. So can I install Windows 7 on this motherboards it there is exist drivers for Windows 7 for this motherboards or it just dont work?

Apr 28, 2014 · Windows 7 does not support hardware... hardware manufacturers either support Windows 7 or not. In other words - if your motherboard manufacturer supports Windows 7 x64 - then you are okay. If your motherboard manufacturer does not support Windows 7 x64 - there's your problem. Hardware is a third-party thing.
