Jun 15, 2010 · Does the ATI Radeon 3470 256Mb Dual DP Card support a 1080p monitor? I'm getting a new computer in the next few days and I want to buy a 1080p monitor to go with it. The computer has a Core 2 Quad processor (Not sure exactly what the ghz is on it), 8 gigs of ram, 520 gigs of hard drive space, and an ATI Radeon 2470 256Mb Dual DP graphics card.

I have Scientific Linux 6.5 (2.6.32-431.11.2.el6.x86_64) installed on a Dell OptiPlex 760 with a Radeon HD 3470 graphics card and two displays hooked up to it. I'm having difficulties setting resolutions appropriate for the displays and having the two displays not show the same screen.

May 17, 2012 · ATI have written an application (ATI2EVXX.EXE) that runs in the background of windows. This application disables monitor number 2 if nothing is plugged into the VGA port. If the DisplayLink adapter is installed as display 2, and configured to extend mode, then the ATi application disables it - because nothing is plugged into the VGA port.

Jun 30, 2018 · Dual Monitor setup - not detecting second monitor. Hi, I connect 2nd monitor with DVI-D to VGA adapter. In Control centre and 'detect' monitors, it is only picking up the one. A quick google search suggests dual monitor setup with this graphics card is possible.Reviews: 1
