AT&T technical support on several calls due to issues with Sim cards and transfer of service to Firstnet and after setting up my Firstnet black Sim card told me that I woiuld not be able to use mms with my blackberry model, That i would have to purchase their Firstnet ready ...

Re: Does ATT support this feature ? Although data can't be blocked on the carrier's end without also blocking MMS, sometimes there's another way to get it done. Some phones allow you to create new browser profiles, and others don't.

With T-Mobile, if I have my WiFi connected and Mobile data on, MMS will send. MMS is being sent over the Mobile data connection (LTE). However, if I turned off Mobile data while still connected to WiFi, MMS will fail to send. I read that T-Mobile DOES support MMS over WiFi but I am not experiencing this.

Feb 18, 2015 · I just found out that MMS does not work as long as WiFi is running! I called Tmo support because our account need to be fixed when we first started our family plan and I just upgraded to the Note3 so I suspected there was a problem again.
