Does it even work for cs go and sound? Wouldnt it be better just to buy some 200-300E headphones? Am not sure, never used 7.1 on my ears, so honestly dont know the difference. I'm using a 200$ set of 7.1 headphones. Dolby ones though they also support 'fake' surround for stereo games. I only paid 40$ though because of Boxing day wizardry.

If you have a good soundcard and get a decent 5.1 headset it makes a big difference, some people may say otherwise but trust me, i have the older xfi fatality titanium with the pc510a tritton set and i hear stuff people do not all the time, from further distances.
