Jul 12, 2010 · ESX does not support LACP as a protocol, but does support 802.3ad link aggregation. There is no automated link aggregation mechanism in ESX as there is with LACP. You have to setup a static etherchannel, but you can make it work with ESX in that configuration and using srd-dst-ip as your load blancing algorithm.
