    FreeBSD SCSI stack does not support protection information, that I suppose can be the cause of those errors. You may need to reformat those disks for normal 512-byte sectors and protection disabled. I've never did that myself, but you may try to read sg_format man page and use it.

Bring the w2k8-cluster-data disk online, initialize it and then set it back offline. Then run the cluster validation, if I do this the SCSI 3 Persistent reservations pass.
