May 04, 2013 · Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. ... Controller Support? I can't map my xbox 360 controller correctly via options in the game. Anyone out there know how to solve this issue? I've read that some people download something called "pinnacle" for mapping, other than that I'm not sure what to do. I'd really like to play this like I play GTA IV.

Does the controller light up left-upper led, indicating to be plugged in as 1st player? How do I see if its plugged in as first player? Do you have to have a certain setting on in steam or GTA IV to get it to work? If plug it in the the USB port the controller rumbles lights up but doesn't respond to any inputs.

I have had Pinnacle Game Profiler for over 2 years and Windows 7 64bit. Pinnacle is absolutely the best there is. I have San Andreas set up with a combination of Pinnacle and the key mapping in game. It works great with my 360 controller but it took some time to get it set up right.
