I’d never spend hundreds of dollars on a Harmony One after going through this, that’s for sure. After the warranty period they want you to pay for support, which is valid IF THEY HAVE A LOGICAL WAY YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, and this absurdity of listing a ROKU as a DVD shows that Harmony doesn’t think the way normal users would.

FWIW, I have a Roku Streaming Stick +, Google WiFi, and a Harmony Hub and everything works fine. You are correct that the Hub only works on 2.4 Ghz, and that Google WiFi does not allow you to select which band any device connects to, but that doesn’t seem to be an issue in my case.
