The mouse vs Controller is a no contest, mouse wins every time. Its faster b FAR and MUCH MUCH more accurate then a controller. Secondly, YES, it may be possible to play with a program called XPadder, though i wouldn't recommend it. My bro in law has tried it on WaW and said it can be unresponsive at best.
