Nov 01, 2017 · Ok. Same deal with me: no library books will download to my kindle. Library says the books are checked out. They don't appear anywhere. Also, anyone know where the cloud icon is in the new version of the app? Device/Cloud used to be at the bottom of the screen and I could sometimes find my books there and switch them to the device.
