    Dec 12, 2017 · It would make sense that the TV app would play both 24fps and 23.796fps material without trouble. *EDIT* Confirmed. "Dark" is a 24.000fps - i.e. 24hz exactly TV show. So that appears to me the Apple TV is outputting the wrong refresh rate (in this case - 23.976hz is incorrect), which is causing the frame-skips.

    Sep 18, 2017 · My TiVo supports 24Hz and has a VUDU app, and that's been my preferred streaming box for some time. I don't have a 4K TiVo (Bolt) so I'm not certain if that supports 24Hz 4K. I was hoping this new AppleTV would support 24Hz after hearing them talk about how the latest iPad Pro models could support multiple Hz options. I hate judder.
