You're wrong. Games are rendered with 0-255 RGB in mind. You're mixing things up with media like Blu-ray movies that are filmed and mastered with 15-235 RGB limited in mind. If you have a PC monitor or a TV that supports full RGB, you should set your TV and PS4 to full accordingly.
