They explicitly do not support ie7. There is that workaround but you must make sure the .htc file is the root path from the html source, not the css, so check the path of the .htc file. It does work making columns work and other things, but the javascript files are not necessarily going to work in IE7.

Windows 8.1 does not support IE 10, so I would doubt that Windows 10 will support IE 10, especially since its now outdated. I don't have any issues with IE 11 on any of my PCs and IE 12/Edge should fix many issues that are in IE 11.

How much to port OpenSTA to a UNIX >platform (MacOSX) and provide support for IE7+? OpenSTA works by sending HTTP directly, so the concept of a browser does not exist. From a programming standpoint, you are simulating browser requests at the protocol level. The only "browser support" OpenSTA needs is its ability to record using the proxy.
