Jun 24, 2013 · Unfortunately, Outlook emails (desktop, Outlook.com mobile app, and Outlook.com website) do not support Media Query tags. TO the best of my knowledge (I've been researching this topic for the last two weeks), the current support for media queries is limited to iOS native email apps and Android native email apps.
