Oct 28, 2016 · It does not support .pz3 (Poser Scene) format or Python Scripts. DSON IMPORTER FOR POSER: is a plugin for Poser Pro 2012 sr3 and Poser Pro 9 sr3. It does not work without the sr3 update and doesn't work in earlier versions of Poser. FILE TYPES 'dpc': This means 'DAZ Poser Content.' It can be used in Poser, Poser with DSON Importer, and Studio.

So Genesis will work in Poser 9/Pro 2012, but only partially at this time. Only 1 UV map can be used at a time, so if you export Genesis as M4 and want to use the troll or Anubis morph, the shape might be Ok (though a bit jagged) but the UV map will be stretched and distorted.

Jan 18, 2016 · Pro uses the Air Library, so this issue wouldn't affect it. Poser 9 uses the Flash library, so it's possible it might not be fixed, without removing the Windows update involved, as there was a similar issue in Poser 8 running under Windows 7. You could try a third party Library GUI; here's a free one:

Obviously, you'll need to work on adjusting the materials within Poser to work properly with Firefly/Superfly, but that's something that you'd have to do even with older stuff that PAs here decided not to support in Poser even though G2 and Genesis were.

It's going to blow Genesis 8 out of the water!!: @Ken1171 Poser Vendors have to create 2 sort of shaders too. 1 for Poser 11 and 1 for Poser 9+. That's true, but there are major differences here: We only create and save ONE material preset with 2 roots, which is backwards compatible with Poser 9 …
