May 19, 2018 · If you are using PowerPoint 2007, as mentioned by John Korchock, you cannot export it as a video. If you have PowerPoint 2013 or newer installed on your computer, open the PowerPoint 2007 file with PowerPoint 2013 or 2016, and go to File > Export > Save as video .

Oct 29, 2019 · Came to find out that AVI files don´t work on Powerpoint 2007 so here´s what I did: I converted the AVI file into an MPEG and reloaded it, after that it worked out just fine. Download a FREE AVI to MPEG software application. I use Free FLV to AVI to MPEG converter version 1.6.
