This is not the same as a Micro SD card and it is not compatible with one. No, it uses a special PSVita Memory Card, it is not compatible with generic Micro HD memory cards.

Sticks with higher capacities are branded as XC and are only compatible with hardware that supports them. In other words, provided the adapter will accept a 64Gb SD (I doubt it, adapters are designed for SD/SDHC cards)...
