Oct 24, 2008 · I have the same problem with my RVS4000 - uPnP does not work with the latest firmeware! With the original firmware I had no problems with uPnP, once I "upgraded" to firmeware 1.2.11 uPnP stopped working PLUS even if I manually enter the ports to forward the router will not forward the ports to the specified machine.

Dec 31, 2011 · Sonicwalls don't support UPnP. Linksys does, but since you did not say what exact router model you have, it's impossible to say for sure or give directions to activate it. If you are directly connected to the cable modem, there's no UPnP there either.
