Nov 05, 2009 · Sorry to resurrect a slightly old thread, but I wanted everyone to know that Seagate DiscWizard does indeed work fine with Windows 7. (The present version on the Seagate site is v11.0.8142). So, if you have either a Seagate or Maxtor Drive, you're good to go.

Jun 02, 2014 · Windows 7 64 bit does not recognize Seagate Backup Plus 2TB External Hard Drive I am unable to get my laptop running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit to recognize my Seagate 2TB external drive. Seagate tech suggests I need a chipset driver of some sort - whatever that is.
